Startups have varying degrees of recruiting operations in place. Some are so early that they have not yet hired a full time recruiter, or even set up any recruitment tools or an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). We can assist with providing an overview on how to structure your recruiting function for prime efficiency and utilizing industry wide best practices that will attract the industry’s top talent at volume.
Industry Experience
Cameron Barnette, the Founder and CEO of Take-Off Recruiting, has been in-house at Google and Uber’s self-driving car division, UBER ATG, where he learned industry best practices and cut his teeth recruiting. He has spent the past 3+ years specifically in the early to mid stage startup world helping some of the top VC-backed startups scale their organizations and make strategic hires.
His main focus has been on tech hiring. He has hired founding engineers for multiple early stage startups (from Seed to Series A) and hired Leadership roles such as Director of Product Management for a Series D real estate tech company, Director of Cybercrime for a Series A blockchain intelligence startup and multiple Engineering Managers for a mid-stage growth startup. He has also placed Data Scientists, Product Analysts, Technical Project Managers, Technical Program Managers, and more.
